What to expect
Explore Cambodia's story through the relationship between money, trade, economics, and politics at the SOSORO Museum. Twelve permanent-exhibition modules span roughly 2,000 years, from Funan and Angkor to independence, reconstruction, and the modern economy.
Display cases, audiovisual documentaries, touch screens, games, and multimedia presentations make complex economic ideas approachable. The heritage building also includes a free library, garden, shop, café, and step-free access with elevators and adapted restrooms.
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00. Standard admission is KHR 2,000 for students or children, KHR 4,000 for Cambodians, and KHR 20,000 for foreigners. Tickets with an audio guide cost KHR 14,000, 16,000, and 32,000 respectively. Check the official site for holiday changes.
