What to expect
The Trekker Package combines a remote safari-tent stay with guided jungle hiking, kayaking and wildlife observation in Botum Sakor National Park. Follow former poaching and logging trails with expert guides, visit conservation sites and look for gibbons, macaques, hornbills, otters and other forest wildlife.
The three-day, two-night package currently starts at US$393 per person; a four-day Explorer option is also available. Access begins at the reception pier near Trapeang Rung, followed by a scenic boat journey along the Preak Tachan River. Confirm seasonal pricing, taxes and land transfers when booking, and travel with a small backpack because boat and tent storage is limited.
